Step 1 – In order to reserve your date please click on Book Now or Reserve button. You will be prompted to choose your date and number of guests. In order to reserve and book your hibachi experience a booking fee is required. The booking fee is pre determined by the number of guest. The booking fee includes: set-up, cooking & cleanup. The booking fee is non refundable. Rain or shine, we will be at your event.

Step 2 – Upon reserving your event, you will receive an email confirmation that will have have a link to pay for your dinner selections. Your individual guest dinner selections and payment must be made online no later than five (5) days prior to your event date in order to confirm your hibachi experience.

Important reminders:

* Minimum of 10 guest is required to reserve your on-site hibachi experience. Every hibachi table will hold up to 15 guest. You can book up-to 60 guest (4 tables).
*Chef(s) will arrive 1 hour before the event. Each event is 1 hour and 30 min. long.
* Under no circumstances we will go up more than 1 floor. No stairways, no rooftops, etc. No more than 2 steps. Garage, back yards or venue halls only. If you have questions regarding this, please send us a message.
*All dinner selections for your guests must be paid no later than five days prior to your event date.
*$50 surcharge will be added for every 1/2 hour delay or additional time.

In order to book your On-site Hibachi Buffet experience, we require a minimum of 50 guest. Buffet Experience includes: Steak, Chicken, Shrimp, Fried Rice, Noodles, Soup, Salad, Sauces, Tables, Chairs, Tent, Linens, Disposable Plates and Utensils.

Buffet service allotted time is 2 hours and a 10% labor fee will be added to your final payment.
